First, Backup your data and then doing factory data reset. I think you must delete some of your data to make free space that It will need by android to run system files. Other way, you must add your memory card.

      How to backup your data:
1 From your Home screen, tap Apps.
2 Find and tap Back up & restore.
      3 Tap Back up.
4 Tap the bar under Where to store data.
5 Select the destination to which you want to back up your content.

the following types of data you can back up:
      • Bookmarks
      • Call log
      • Contacts
      • Applications downloaded from Google Play™
      • Multimedia messages
      • System settings (such as alarms, ringer volume, and language settings)
      • Text messages
You do not need to back up music files and photos or videos taken with the camera. They are backed up automatically to the device’s memory card.
